In an effort to recognizing the NRI Telugu Talent, is happy to introduce an emerging Hollywood actor and Stand-up comedian Roni Akurati – Let’s all wish him all the success and bright future —

Roni Akurati is an emerging young Hollywood actor and Stand-up comedian. He acted in a Hollywood feature film “Good Ol’ Boy“, where he played in a lead title role. This movie was selected for word premier at Seattle International film festival & Montreal Film Festival and will be releasing to public soon. He also performs stand-up comedy with performances at Hollywood Improv theater where Jerry Seinfeld started his and Flapper Comedy Club.

Roni Started his career as a theater actor and played the role of an Indian Changeling boy in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, as Tiny Tim in “A Christmas Carol” and role of Mowgli in Disney production “The Jungle Book”, which was played at Goodman Theater Chicago, IL and Huntington Theater Boston, MA.

His acting career turned to wards TV and films when he was called in by Sony for Indian boy role for their upcoming TV series, but unfortunately the TV series did not kick off but Roni landed on other TV shows, “Another Period” on Comedy Central with Ben Stiller, “Deadtime Stories“ and to be announced show on Nickelodeon.
