Bhavans, as it is popularly referred to, have done an amazing job at popularising Indian Art forms in the UK. It was started in 1972. Bhavan is a secular, non-political institute open to all regardless of race, gender or creed. Over 20 courses in singing, dance, yoga, art and archaeology, with over one hundred performances a year.
